Thanks a lot . The last solution of deleting the BagsMRU and Bags registry keys fixed my problem even withour restrting the system . I am just wondering how ? Is it possible that a malware is messing with my reg keys or is there any other reason. Btw I am a power user with lost of software and VMs installed and recntly cleared a ton of cache using ccleaner app .

I also had the same problem of just refreshing, but after i deleted the bagsmru and bags it worked when I restarted it

For me, i had to reset the whole laptop😭😭 then this issue resolved. I would recommend all to take the backup of data periodically😥
