Insane workmanship. putting it together while keeping the aesthetics of the machine must have had a lot of thought put into it. The only way this could be any better is if the turbo were on a CR500. A CR500 would handle 80+hp all day long without a ton of maintenance.

It looks cool I'll give you that I'm just a old two smoker kinda guy nothing like the sound of a 500cc two stroke to get the blood pumping. Y'all are #1 in so many ways love the videos your museum bike shop mechanic shop is all second to none l don't know how you get your hands on some of the beautiful older bikes especially the old 500. My only concern is that's gonna be some smoking hot oil being directed right onto the clutch. That being said, you are limited where you can return on that engine without going fully into the case. Looks pretty tight, really excited to see the numbers.

If you wanted to ride this thing in the dirt it would be nice if you could clock the turbo up under the gas tank more so that when your legs are out cornering or sliding forward on the tank It's not in your way. Don't know how hot those things get and if it could cause fuel to boil, though. For street awesome as is, cool to see 👍

Theres a dude on KZbin with a turbo yz450. It works really well hes actually got it squared away now. Took a while. It pulls the front wheel up in 5th gear like a stock bike in 1st. He has a supermoto set up on it but hey, its still a yz450.

Growing up in the 70,s and 80,s riding most every bike made, Never did I think I would see a turbo charged motocross bike. We could pick up a cheap used bike for a couple hundred dollars. Boom 2024 your lucky to pick up a used bike for $2000 needing a total rebuild.

Turbocharging a 2 stroke might be a bit more difficult, considering the exhaust is a big part in the tuning and i don't think you could just run a simple pipe to the turbo, and also the right spot for the turbo might also be important to work out ... However, supercharging a 2 stroke would probably be a lot more simple.
