They have nice customer support and good quality. I am about to buy their slim saddlebags. But I feel the need to say I bought one for my fxdxt in 2018 and I had the same problems. It did not fit. Unfortunately I didn't find out until after I painted it which was my bad. They went beyond expectations to solve my problems though.

A $600-$800 fairing isn't worth $ if it doesn't fit an bottom bolts holes comes up short! You could buy multiple times the $90 an have it fit.
