👍👍 I like the property but I wish a bigger Pond was on there two fish. If you would have showed us the creek to, so that must mean the creek do not belong to the land. If you put cows and horses out there I don't see a big water spot to water them freely. 11-28-23

I can't say for sure. If my memory serves me correct I believe the neighbor told me that a full timer cruise/harvest would be in the 6 figures. But I am not certain. We chose not to log it, but it could use some more open areas for bedding cover.

But we ain't getting any younger, and she still has a couple more years to go, and we just don't this it would be possible to do it all over again in Kentucky.
