Same problem...its blocked by a pay wall. It caused me to google and you tube search why, and now I'm hesitating to subscribe because there are so many reports online for exporting issues for people who PAY. Why advertise that you can export on the free version when you can't?

Great Video, it was very helpful! Thanks a lot. I was still wondering about something. Does anyone have an Idea on which tool may stretch or shorten a video track (multiple tracks & clips) according to different translated audiofiles? As an example if the source material is english and i translate the voice into french, the french voice will be much longer than the source material. If I speed the french audio up and change the pitch, the french voice talks way too fast. Is there a way to sync my video with the audiofile?

I downloaded the iPhone app version and it’s extremely limited. It doesn’t save any content in the folders after you’ve made them so you can go back and re-edit them. I was looking for something to replace. I moved me on my iPhone. I’ve also been using iMovie from my laptop. Is there a Kapwing desktop version that links w the app im paying 3$ / weeks for?

I have problem with my transition. When i chose almost any animation instead of relapsing from video over video it relapse from one segment to light blue color and then to next part. How can i get this light blue out of it? I would appreciate any advice.

I have been using Kapwing Pro for more than a year now. I like Kapwing's video editor however there are some instances that in the middle of a project, the videos turn dark green and do not play just blank screen. How do I remedy this? You have to pay no matter the size. I have a 3 min video that is less than 50 MB and won't download without $$$. It really stinks because a group of middle school aged kids created and were hoping to use the video for a 4-H competition.

I started a new project and created a video with my computer camera and mic. I decided to pause the recording to make sure it was working. It worked great. Then I tried to restart recording so I could finish my video but I could not restart recording. So I created a new project and recorded my entire video before I stopped recording.
