I can’t export video

I'm really liking the software except for a few things. Like I wanted to release a video today at 6pm, but every time I tried to export, it failed. Furthermore, recording my screen with me in it, it doesn't show me on the screen, and I can't move the window, so that's pretty inconvenient.

Thanks for using Kapwing but sorry to hear about these issues! If you email [e-mail] with your project link and an explanation of the the export failures, they should be able to help you out. As far as screen recording goes, are you using the Record Screen and Camera option in the Record tab? That should help make sure both your face and screen are being recorded at the same time. Hope this helps!

creating my first video I found it’s a terrible app so I asked for a refund and deleted my account to make sure they don’t get the idea I am using it . Not only they refused a refund, but they also didn’t even accept to give me my one month of pro that I paid for. I hope you don’t make my mistake.
