I think this party should have to work contextual challenges of the peoples of Ethiopia rather talk at Addis or federal level only. Mean that look this time every were there is fuel stations most of the country however, they are closed at day time, the fuel also sell mainly happening at shops road sides by plastic bottles. So, what is the responsibility of Ministries concerned to the issues. Is that simply set at Addis and Talk? what about again the regional, zonal and woreda concerned persons doing?.
