Yes, I fully agree with his views on yesteryears vidwans and vidhushis - each unique in their own way. For some artists (I don't want to name them) vocalist or instrumentalists, the crowd was not much. But even then their quality or their uniqueness never was even a bit less. I remember waiting for almost 2 hrs for one of the famous artist at least to hear for his balance kutcheir in his allotted slot - because he'd some habit which he was addict to and made us wait - with organiser going to his house and requesting him to perform at least for some time. No one in the audience grumbled, but waited patiently for his performance. I don't think nowadays people will tolerate such things.

Hello interviewer sir, I do not know your name. My view is Sangathis are very important in carnatic music. Abhishek is really good on that. You can name other artists like TNS sir, Sanjay and others who are also damn good in Sangathis. You can’t just sing the song and go like light music.

As the lines of creativity between humans and technology is getting blurrier by the day, AI will one day replace musicians, music directors, actors and there is no stopping. All music creators, artists have looked upto and have adopted a role model, have copied their style and nuances to produce their own. AI is the same and shouldnt have any copyrights. Infact, Elon Musk has already trialled chip implants in human. So, the future is going to be progressive for someone who learns the technology to create more ingenuity rather than opposing it.
