Tvm kims. Kunjinu thyroid, urinary infection, fatty liver, severe anemia, fatty liver ഇതൊക്കെ diagnose ചെയ്തു. Treatment cheythu.. cmv infection ആണന്നു kims il കണ്ടു പിടിച്ചു എങ്കിലും കുഞ്ഞിന്റെ വളരെ ആരോഗ്യo മോശം ആയത് കൊണ്ട് SAT yileku refer cheythu. Apozhekum infection കണ്ണിനേയും ബാധിച് പോയി.

Hi doctor I am normally checking my sgpt Sometimes it is 150 above ; but when I walk or sports and take some aryavepu water for 15 days alternatively for one month; it reduced to 50 I consult doctor before ; everytime it’s normal if I do walk morning Is it because of fatty liver ?

Only if i take any food; only sgpt is elevated ; rest all normal; when i do morning walking sgpt come to normal ; if i stop it will increase only sgpt ; all other will be normal ; not sire why so

My SGOT & SGPT remains normal and constant for the last 6 years .But I am a lever Cirrhosis patient since 2015 ( it was diagonised casually while a Scanning has done for calculai. Later CT&M R 1 Scanning confirmed it. Endoscopy were also done frequently .. Tests for Fe & cu were done and found negative. 1 am a teetotaler.Even after 6 years cirrhosis remains in the child stage. 1 am diabetic HbA1c is 7.6 .l have slight hypertension, Gallbladder stone.,prostate enlargement (Finast - T discontinued as 1 Feel comfortable even without its consumption .)I wonder why my SGPT&SGOT stands normal despite the chronic lever disease!?

Hello Doctor, my SGPT is 108 and SGOT is 48. I am not under any medication or not having any visible symptoms. I was infected with COVID a month before and having total cholesterol of 250 and high triglycerides. Other basic blood counts (FBS, HB, TWBC) all are normal. Is there any further test I have to take or need to visit a doctor?

yes you have to repeat SGPT and SGOT and bilirubin after one month. if SGPT still high consult a gastro doctor
