Not only did we get to see how incredible the desert is, but we got to sleep in one of the most unique accommodations ever - a "Martian Dome" which is like a giant bubble dome! Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married June 2013 and quickly caught the travel bug! We started “travel hacking” & finally decided we wanted to travel for one year. After 2 years of saving $ and over 2 million miles and points, we sold our cars and apartment and left home January 10, 2016. We started this KZbin channel to share our experiences with friends and family, then decided we really liked vlogging and traveling! So we extended our 1 year trip to now FOUR years :) Now we have a goal of traveling to 100 countries before 2020! We are incredibly thankful to do something we love every day. :)

We stayed in tent #6! all the Martian domes were full. It was a lot warmer when we were there no heaters needed. Great scenery! We did the sunset Jeep tour and the camel ride. It was awesome!

As a Jordanian from Irbid (northern part of Jordan), all of your videos are bringing back so many memories! Went back there for the first time in 10 years last summer and unfortunately I only had 2 weeks and it was Ramadan, so I only got to see the Dead Sea. Can't wait to go back again! When are you guys leaving? Any plans to check out Aqaba? Wadi Mujib? Have you tried mansaf? Or sayadiyeh? Ask your tour guide if you haven't, those are a must!

Travel smart and take a self-defense course especially if you are female. It helps to always have a guide or a male traveling partner. Unfortunately, the sad reality is that not all cultures are equal.

I watched a video that resurfaced on FB of Scandinavian woman beheaded in Morocco by ISIS wannabes, it was very traumatizing for me. I read horror stories of a female in the USA, a relatively safe country, where men attempted to abduct her into sex slavery. There's danger lurking everywhere T_T

I remember Wadi ram like one of the Best day of my Life! During the day an adventure tour in Jeep, climbing natural arcs and huge dunes, in the middle of nothing, see an amazing sunset, in night time eat the barbecue cooked in the sand and stay lying down to see a sky full of stars with some new friends, feeling like we were friends from years, then woke up early to saw the dawn. I never feel alone and i feel very happy and live!

I was slightly bummed that they didn't bring out a telescope to view the moon in the night, and also camp far away from the tents during night time where you get to sip on some warm tea and enjoy the ambiance. When I was seven, my family drive through Wadi Rum in our 4x4 and tent. When youre alone in the desert as a kid, every rock and cliff becomes a playground. I have such found memories of scrambling all over the rocks of Wadi Rum. I want to return so badly, so thank you for this video!

don’t go to israel. it’s a waste of money and most of it is fake and artificial, nothing special about it and no actual pretty and original scenery (that isn’t built on millions of palestinians dead bodies and villages) you’re better off going to oman or a country in the gulf that has pretty scenery
