Indianapolis and probably Gary don't have the best schools, but I've heard great things in general about Indiana schools overall.

I'm thinking about moving to Southern Indiana from Southern Illinois to be closer to my best friend after I graduate from college. Is it a hard process? I haven't lived in Indiana since I was in 16.
