Oxana's beauty was truly magical. Every glance leaves you mesmerized. No other Miss Universe winner to this day comes close to having that effect. She is the most beautiful Miss Universe of all time, no question. It's so unfortunate she didn't have a full reign.

Pedro José Pérez Pérez, no hay necesidad de ser tan agresivo. Creo que el punto aquí es que Oxana es tan hermosa que hasta con una bolsa de la basura se vería hermosa jajaja. Si su vestido de gala era lindo o no, es algo subjetivo. A mí me pareció hermoso y una prueba de que ella podía convertir la prenda más sencilla en algo sublime. Saludos
