And of course, Donald Trump got so insulted with oxana's decisions because the MU org. Is also money and business baby. Her final answer could have been short but IMO it is the best answer for these reasons: 1) she answered that she would blush when she says the wrong things which shows her humility whereas all the other contestants made it about themselves (when people say cute things to me, am here representing my country etc.) 2) it was short and to the point. She was her authentic self and she wasn’t there to impress anyone whereas others tried to just appease the judges or the crowd 3) her cute little “blush” before the answer and her voice/presentation (reminded me of the charisma of 1997 Miss universe). She more than deserved the crown and no one that night could come anywhere close to her beauty, poise, femininity, elegance, grace and intelligence. Oxana was an angel that night. The best miss universe ever.

@@chakanyo2768 u actually have a point there. For once I used to think pretty much like you. But u see many times in our lives, we decide to fight for one thing we think so valuable. But after winning it, or getting it, and there are some other more important things pop up, or some incidents that don't justify us.......we move on..... I did not say that MU was an unworthy pageant. All I said was that she moved on, and she moved on fine. May be for her, and only her, she had gotten it, and it became plain. She fought for it, she got it. She stood at the point where just a woman in a year would get to stand, u know been there, done that.

En un video que vi, dijeron que ella participaba en los concursos de belleza por una especie de desafío personal y fue así como los ganó todos y llegó a ser miss Rusia y ganó el miss universo sin siquiera proponérselo, yo creo que eso es verdad porque cuando la nombran como la nueva miss universo hace un gesto como que no lo puede creer, ella se presentó ese año pensando que después volvería a su país a continuar con su vida pero debía permanecer un año en New York y fue eso lo que después le costó la corona y en su lugar después coronaron a miss Panamá
