32 is very young Anau, please begin practicing again. 😌 karate is the best thing that has happened in my life. I am practicing again after 10 years (had to leave at brown belt due to Board exams). Now (in my late 20s) I am gonna practice all the Katas again.

you can do it. there is no age limit to learn martial art. jab tak aapke ghutno me dard nahi hota tab tak shuru kar sakte ho parctice karte rahoge to 80 sal ki umar me bhi dard nahi hoga.
