OK, if you are not going to put repeat offenders behind bars, you cannot comment with any credibility on the outcomes of your decisions. This is another sad case of Mary not being tough on criminals and trying to blame them for "bad decisions". I am so sick of her policy of letting criminals run loose and commit more crimes. From murder to traffic offenses, she is demonstrating a failed philosophy of being soft on crime and criminals.

Imagine ruining your life because you can’t not drink? My brother, mother and stepdad all had DWIs. My mom was barely above the legal limit and it was not ruled a DWI but nonetheless that changed my life. I decided I’d never drink at all and drive. Not even a drop. People need to have better principles and protocols in place. There should be no gray ever.
