Bitter Gourd 1.5kgs
Salt for washing 1.5tbs
Turmeric for washing 1/2tbs
Onion 1kg
Oil/Ghee 2cups for frying
Oil/Ghee 1/2cup for cooking
Garlic 1tbs
Tomato 4medium
Salt 1.25tsp
Red Chili 1.5tbs
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Lemon Juice of one lemon
