I guess I don't understand amateur wrestling. It seems like these guys are allowing themselves to be tossed around. They all just like plank out and allow themselves to be thrown. Can u not like wrap his legs up or wiggle out or do anything at all besides go for the ride?😂 Looks like they are just allowing it. Idk. Untrained eye I guess.

Well the thing is that the ''plank pose'' of theirs is supposed to prevent this from happening but Karelin is just such an animal that he can pick up 250+ lbs opponents, he is the abnormality not the technique.
