I have an issue with this Fire Chief. I have worked for two separate Fire Departments in two different States as Firefighter Engineers and as a Fire Inspector. She stated she doesn't know if the Fire Hydrants have water and it's not their responsibility! Water is essential for firefighting. Most departments go out and test hydrants annually and calculate hydrant flow. For sufficient water for that Hydrant and that's every Hydrant within a Fire Department jurisdiction.

I am living here in Northern California and I will continue to pray for Southern California and all. I spoke to some of relatives in South California and they are safe. A couple of high school friends of mine are out of the fire zone so far.

I’m a first responder and I worked the 2020 Woolsey Fire. The Kardashian family not only paid for gourmet food at the command post, they also helped serve the food and clean up after we ate. Hundreds of first responders were fed.

Budget was $820,000,000 so cutting $17,000,000 not so important. What is important is a government and an electorate that used to think wokism is higher priority than safety, crime prevention, and fire prevention and fire fighting. CA is about to turn red. Out of necessity.
