Story 1 I'd also wonder about the necessary permits including environmental impacts those alone would take over a month to get settled. I tend to doubt if a month would've been long enough to get the property transferred from OP to Karen

Where did your brother stand in all this her trying to put a gas station on the farm did he die did he divorced her? What did he think of you having with wife put in prison
@richspillman4191 Жыл бұрын
He wouldn't be responsible for her going to prison, that would be the district attorney or the state. Being a fake story, they also failed to get the difference between civil and criminal court. You don't go to jail in civil court, and you don't get punitive damages in criminal court.

Story 2 were these to be baked pies stores in the freezer that was improperly rotated or something. More than Karen made mistakes here those pies should've been LONG LONG gone. if not returned to the vendor, clearanced over 2yrs ago or just thrown soon after the expiration date..
@SeanBZA Жыл бұрын
Probably stock left over that she kept in the rear storage freezer, never returned for credit, and left there, and only when she realised they were still there decided to sell them as current stock instead, to avoid questions about her not ordering for the current year. Still on inventory, but she probably simply rotated them back into current every time they were close to expiry, simply by updating the best before date on inventory to keep them still valid there. Easy enough with that because there is a possibility that stock dates were incorrect, but quantity would be harder to alter, as that is a write off action, but updating a date is not.

Last Story: If I was OPs husband I would have unloaded on that Monster AND dad long ago. The reason there are so many a-holes in the world is people like this letting them get away with it instead of calling them out on their BS. The FIL was a spineless, doormat and complicit in Karen’s illegal activities/abusive behavior. Difficult to feel bad for a guy who let his wife abuse/mistreat others just like she did to him; simply because he was: 1) dumb enough to marry her 2) put up with it because of his ‘religion’ 3) the reason for all the above was because “he was lonely” …no balls or brains = no respect!

I know this isn't the point of the post, but whenever I hear stories like this about someone's 'ancestral farm' that they're so proud of, I wonder if they ever think about the slaves that probably worked that land for generations to make it oh, so great.
@reiniernn9071 Жыл бұрын
Which slaves? White people in slavery , sold on the Algerian slave trade markets? (Mostly first working on traders goint to and from the Levant, captured with their loaden ship but also known that north african people raided the coast of europe to catch villagers as slaves. And further...Most farmers run their farms (not the cotton and sugar in the south....) with their own family and payed labor workers. (Sometime I think a lot slaves were better fed and treated than those payed labor workers... because for a slave you had to invest a lot, makes no sense to throw that investment away by not taking care for the investment. A payed labour worker is without investment, only a labour price/day....if that person gets ill nothing is lost for the farmer)
@battiekoda Жыл бұрын
@reiniernn9071 Does it matter which slaves? ANY slaves! Oh, but wait. Probably just another butt-hurt white boy crying about how, "We were slaves too!!" Oh, and then of course, "not the cotton and sugar in the south". Which do you think are being referred to? The happy-go-lucky ones that everyone wanted to be enslaved to? And of course living in fear of being beaten on the whim of your "owner" is soooo much better. 🙄 Oh! But they were "better treated and fed!" Riiiiiiiight, so let's just throw out the first-hand accounts that refute that story-line.
@reiniernn9071 Жыл бұрын
@@battiekoda If you think as this...Consider that at this moment 99% of all people is or was a slave...because he is FORCED to do work to live. Anyone who is getting money from any payed job can be called a slave ...In my country we doe this sometimes.
@battiekoda Жыл бұрын
@reiniernn9071 No, a slave is someone who does NOT get paid to work, is FORCED into it, and lives in fear of repercussions for NOT obeying their master. If you wanna start talking about "wage-slaves", that's a whole different thing.
@reiniernn9071 Жыл бұрын
@@battiekoda What do you think of a wage slave when not obeying his master (boss). He also will get repercussions....maybe another kind of repercussions...but still... And remember..that slave got a roof and food...In the time of those slaves the wages for the wage slave were that low that they often could not even afford a roof and good food.

Not being funny, but you really need to sort out the audio. It's annoying when it goes really quiet which makes listening really difficult at times, even more so because I've only got 70% hearing, so the really quiet parts is really difficult for me. I don't know if you are using speech-to-text, but on nearly every video the text does not match what you are saying at times.
