I remember seeing the clip of that boy at 4:30 when it surfaced years back. Turns out he is on the spectrum and was being relentlessly bullied and harassed by those boys filming him. Kid was just trying to do his job as a hallway monitor and they decided to be assholes and try to provoke him.
