I'm fairly sure at this point that its an AI generated title. The title basically describes the case that starts at 18:35, except it got the gender of the defendant wrong and made it sound really sensationalized. These low effort channels suck because they just repost popular cases that better channels already posted, but you have to wait until halfway into the video to realize you've already seen it.

I am a little concerned with the man who was in because he didn't show up for sentencing. I think there should have been a psychological evaluation done on him. He didn't seem fully cognizant this time, and even his lawyer commented on it. It feels like something more is going on with him.

I respect Judge Boyd, but I hope she's come to realize how dangerous those vaccines turned out to be. It's borderline coercion to offer a defendant an easier time regarding conditions if they took the vaccine. I have three family members who were severely injured by the vaccines. That's just my opinion.

As a retired Nurse I'm generally pro vaccine. However, Covid vaccines were rushed, and evidence based research was limited. It's now coming to light that many people who have been vaccinated are presenting with serious complications. In support of the judge, the decision to offer the vaccine is often a national/ state wide health policy that is outside of the control of juficial staff

My BIG problem with judge is how she thinks that not paying attention to the defense and shuffling papers as if she can actually multitask (if is proven that no one can do a good job when attempting to multitask), and doesn’t even look at the defendant nor their attorney when they are speaking TO THE JUDGE. I feel she is RUDE. A good juror but RUDE.

And why do these idiots think it’s a good idea to come up with their reason for not showing up to sentencing, 30 seconds before they are asked. You know it’s gonna be asked…. And I know most people are gonna lie or make something up, and if that’s the case you don’t think it through? If your actually going in with a lie…. I would think of several different reasons that may be valid, then consider what follow up questions might be asked and be prepared for Atleast some of them. Instead they take 12 seconds, coming up with a reason that can so easily be negated entirely. Then again they are criminals, so they aren’t exactly capable of that level of intelligence. But they should be good at bullshitting or lying and instead come up with a reason a 5 year old could see through.
