Interesting how the state considers karens phone records as evidence but completley ignores the brians lying about calling each other around 2am that night.

There we go again! It's soooo simple. Drunk driver hit him and even didn't notice. Went home, panicked at night, called him many times, then went to the place and was wondering "Did I hit him?". So natural. She didn't remember what she did because she was too drunk. Why not to say that and get a low sentence for manslaughter and drunk driving? No evidence she hit him intentionally and ran away. If Sarah Boone was smarter she would have done the same, plead guilty that she was drunk and didn't remember. But she prefered life in prison. Ok, whatever you want.
@LaurenMcgyver2 сағат бұрын
the biggest problem with your theory is that the cause of death was not being hit by a vehicle according to the medical examiner. There is also no evidence that her car hit anything. The car arrived at the police station with no damage. The damage happened afterwards.
