I'm from Central MASS. and I'd urge your listeners to read very early "Turtle Boy" posts, which are filled w disparaging comments, insults and accusations against all manner people. (*Turtle Boy* is an actual statue in WORCESTER, MA. and is possibly why he chose the handle). He was anonymous for a very long time, therefore free to spread rumors and accusations against citizens, immigrants and officials . This trial brought him the notoriety that he was seeking and probably financial gain through his blog. Years ago I read several of his posts and realized he was a gossip, writing yellow journalism (at best). What is that expression..." all publicity is good"....or something like that....

I am so excited to hear your guys’ take on the case, but I think you made a mistake straight out of the gate. Karen didn’t drive home to Mansville that night. She sent those messages about the kids to try and strongarm John into coming home, because she figured he wouldn’t leave the kids hanging. She stayed at his house, and that’s why she woke up full of panic. She thought, if he hadn’t come home to the kids, something must be really wrong. There’s security cameras video of her leaving his house in the morning. At least, when I watched the trial, this is the evidence that was presented. Take that for what you will. I’m going to keep listening, because maybe you guys circle back around to it.

Are you gonna do the Sandra Birchmore case. Same city same corrupt cops

I suspect some infidelity in John & Karen's relationship because of her reaction to him not coming home. Anyone would be upset but she is full of rage. Karen is insecure and maybe she has a reason to be this insecure. She may think his friends are covering for his infidelity.

KR’s arraignment | 2 February 2022 1. Was held at the Stoughton District Court upon charges of manslaughter leading to personal injury and death, and with Adam Lally representing the CW and David Yannetti representing KR (DUI attorney KR and her father had found and appointed). 2. KR was aged 41, and an intelligent, assertive and forthright person, and obviously is not a person who: (i). Would not admit to something she did not do. (ii). Would not speak out about anything she knew relating to a serious matter such as this and the death of Officer JO. 3. Upon evidence and reports, etc, put before the court and taken at the time, the following was confirmed for example (but not limited to): (a). Two females were performing CPR upon JO (KR and Kerry R) - it was not only KR as she later alleged on the court steps one day stating it was allegedly only her trying to save JO’s life. (b). KR was seen walking into the WF with a glass of vodka and soda. (c). Evidence given of JM and Kerry R that they attested to via the trial (verifying these things were not later made up). (d). KR said at the time of finding JO: “I hit him” three times (verifying the people attesting to this via the trial were truthful). * Note: There were two instances KR talked about hitting JO. Firstly, with JM and Kerry R saying: “Did I hit him” and “Could I have hit him”. Secondly, at the scene with EMT’s etc, when she said: “I hit him” three times. (e). KR told LE she dropped JO off because she was having stomach issues (this contradicts her subsequent calls, voice mails and what she told JO’s niece that they had an argument, that night). (f). KR told LE she did not see JO enter, or go to, the Alberts house (verified via the trial along with JO’s phone data clarifying that he did not move from where he was found after getting out of KR’s SUV, and KR’s voicemail to JO when she first got to his house stating (at 1:00 am not long after leaving Fairview Road), “John I’m here with your f***ing kids and nobody knows where the f*** you are”). (g). KR told LE she made a three point turn in the road and left (admittance of reversing her SUV in Fairview Road as was verified at the trial and how it is said she hit JO). (h). KR told LE she first observed her broken taillight that morning and did not know how she broke it (this contradicts the later story that it was broken due to her hitting JO’s SUV with her SUV). 4. Yannetti gave submissions for quite some time and represented to the court that: (a). He was hired on the Saturday (day JO was found). (b). He had read the CW’s affidavit as to the details etc, of the charges (as KR also would have) and thus they both knew the facts relied upon in p3, and others, beforehand. (c). Facts, etc, put by the CW in p3 and others, were not denied (ordinarily at law - a failure to deny is deemed an admittance). (d). KR was arrested “RIGHTLY or wrongly” (if alleging her innocence he would have just said wrongly). (e). “Manslaughter was a reach in this case because he didn’t see any criminal intent that would justify manslaughter, because there was no criminal intent, because this was not some random stranger, this was her bf” (not that it was totally unfounded, she didn’t hit JO with her SUV, and his client was innocent). (f). Yannetti made mentions as to KR not knowing she hit JO (thus it being an accident). (g). Relied upon KR having an “alleged”brain tumour and migraines (just like her allegedly having MS, yet these alleged medical matters have never been mentioned since, nor were they raised or relied upon in the trial). (h). Yannetti made NO MENTIONS of: (i). Any police cover up, or anything of that nature. (ii). Anyone else being involved in JO’s passing. (iii). KR not knowing what happened to JO. (iv). KR not having anything to do with what happened to JO. (v). JO going to, or into, the Alberts house. 5. Yannetti asked the court not to get involved with matters relating to KR being an unsafe driver as raised by the CW (not advising the court it was unfounded and KR was not an unsafe driver and did not hit JO with her vehicle). 6. In light of the evidence, etc, put before the court, orders were made as to KR being an unsafe driver and a $50k cash bail was set (sought by the CW). 7. Yannetti told reporters outside of court: (a). “KR was in shock”. (b). “JO’s death had been an innocent accident”. (c). “KR had no criminal intent”. (d). “KR loved this man and was devastated”. 8. The above is reported on line, and Yannetti has not come out publicly and denied saying those things, nor has he sued the media for slander (if he didn’t say them), at least as far as I am aware of.
