In the past (before I was an old lady 😂) when I have been made legitimately uncomfortable by men being creepy, I have removed myself from the situation ASAP to preserve my safety. I have not continued to attend the same space for TEN YEARS and wrestled with said man that I'm SOOOOOO scared of over a bench. A bench meant for exercising, not for storage, btw. This woman is a racist. She also thinks everyone is always looking at her and so interested in and fascinated by her. Ma'am, other people are living their lives. We're all different, but my rule at the gym is that I don't put anything down on any surfaces or try to camp out anywhere. If I'm using a machine, it's me and a hand towel. I understand that some people feel that they need to have a gallon of water and a backpack and a telephone and a jacket, but I find that these things don't really improve my workout. And they get in the way. The floor and all surfaces have to be kept clear.

Ah - Thurston County WA again. Our local version of a Jerry Springer or Judge Judy show. These judges spend an inordinate amount of time acting as social workers as they deal with Drama Queens. This family will be back in court with another bogus claim trying to bilk some business out of some money or ruining someone else's life with unwarranted requests for a PPO. I am glad the defendant fought the PPO. He works in the fitness industry and a PPO could limit his opportunity to earn a living. Why the judge allowed the husband to make the case and put the baby on camera is wrong. He should have demanded the husband shut up at the beginning and skipped right to the plaintiff and should have ordered the husband to take the baby and leave the room. This court is a joke.

Three to five minutes into her testimony I didn’t find her credible simply because she paused so much to look into the distance to try to figure out what to say.
