The 2 heifers and the bullock headed off to the mart & we see how they get on. I have a look at the silage ground and get the muck spreader out again.

Another day of hard graft for the lass on the farm, no peace for the wicked Karen. Most jobs are repetitive farming is no different, I'm sure Farmer P would certainly agree.Your viewers wait with bated breath for your next video no matter what the content. If its feeding your live stock , mucking out or muck spreading it doesn't matter we want to be with you each day and live working on a farm through you eyes. Hi. Another great video. Well done. Just Another tip on putting the heavier Implements behind the tractor i do put them sitting on car tyres. 2 reasons. It keeps them from being wet underneath but also it makes them much more maneuverable when linking them to the tractor. 2 tyres usually do. Definitely worth the bother for me. And I'm learning from u how to fill a muck spreader properly. Thanks.

Great video. Nice that you got more at market than you were expecting. Don’t worry about repeating. That’s what you’re up to, so all good. It’s so handy that you can get the muck spreader into the barn. Saves double handling the muck. Can you get the tractor moving before you engage the pto? Would save the pile up when you start the discharge.

Hi Karen enjoyable vid as always, and don't worry about a few repeat jobs being shown still happy to watch them, plus that's farming also if you have access to a set of grass harrows or chain harrows, use them on the mossy fields as they will drag a lot of the dead grass moss and any other rubbish out and clean up the field quite a bit, it will also help to rejuvenate the existing grass it will also give the grass seeds a better chance to establish themselves during the reseeding.

@@karenmoynihanfarm Don't blame you they are very handy bits of kit, best used at the start of the growing session as the grass gets going, also I'd get one with 3 point linkage on it as they are much easier to move around, because if it's one you drag from the draw bar they are usually ones rolled up and tied to stop them from moving around.

Another good video. Enjoying the channel. Theres a lot of moss smothering that other field. It's probably deficient in something, lime, P or K. Deficiency aside a few passes of a tine harrow/chain harrow will rip all that moss out and help promote new grass. That in itself will make a huge improvement for little input. You could work on the soil fertility after to further improve it. Keep up the good work

On KZbin there is a function to blur, in video editing. You have a great cow poop spreader. There is no such thing in Russia. In Russia, this is done by hand on small farms. On a cart, cow shit is taken to the field and scattered with pitchforks. Or everything is stored in a large pile and then in the spring it is taken out to the fields on a manure spreader and scattered by a tractor.
