I remember on British news when the 'Karen' was first mentioned, and they had a row of Karen's on a couch complaining about how it's hard to live with their names and how racist it was. I grew up in very poor neighborhoods; both my parents work so they moved to wherever there was work. There were several times where for whatever reason people would start fighting and it would move out to the street. One time I called because a pregnant woman, yes a pregnant woman, was fighting a woman who had a knife in her hands in the middle of the street. I called law enforcement and nobody was ever called out. I was blessed to go to college and get a very good job making more and about 4 hours then I used to make or that my parents made in a week. I have one little lady neighbor whose cat loves to go up this maple tree. Whether he get stuck up there or whether he's just avoiding her I don't know but she always calls 911 and they always come out. I mean they come out within 15 minutes. Law enforcement usually arrives and then they call the fire department and the fire department uses ladder to bring the cat down. Now I've only seen this twice but according to other neighbors this has been going on for years. I don't know if she'll get a new cat and this cat will teach that cat how to climb that tree but everybody thinks it's cute in this neighborhood. It is cute except that I estimated cost $3,700 every time they come out and that somebody in real need may have called them and yet they're two houses down climbing a maple tree for a cat.
