I lived in Howard Beach when this happened and I lived on 86st down the block from Ronnie G the gangster with the big house on the corner. This part you probably don’t know but after this girl was killed there was a police car in front of the family‘s house every single day for a whole year. You have to ask yourself this question why did the family need police protection after Karina was killed. I went to see the memorial that you showed in the video and as I was leaving the father Phil was going there and I know him he’s a retired fireman he goes there every single day. The girl was brutally beaten and I’m saying did this guy Chanel do it or did somebody else do maybe sending a message to the father. A family wouldn’t get police protection unless there was a threat made to the family or the father.

I retired from the NYPD in 2017 and me and one of my friends who also retired that year sometimes go back and forth about his guilty verdict. My boy says he was railroaded because of his mental state and I say he's guilty based on some of the evidence, but I'm not 100% sure. What gets me is that I remember hearing that he had some cuts not too long after she was killed and he said he had gotten beat up. That along with the DNA evidence and some other coincidences has me leaning more towards him being guilty. I definitely know that when I saw him on TV, I was able to immediately tell that he had some type of mental disability.

@ubuntuiqinisoofuna7852 I read a news article about the NYPD putting up 8 cameras after the fact. & it's weird how I am coming across these mob comments because I feel like he was sent there by the Italian mafia & this the first day in my life that I am learning about this case and researching..... because I saw the wings on her window today. """"Maybe my intuition could be right. I got this feeling Within minutes of me seeing the wings on our window. They my cousin lives 4 minutes away from her and she just pointed her house out and said all this is where the jogger you still live, she died. I was like who and that's when she told me to look it up online.I have been researching ever since about five o'clock PM yesterday . I looked at a picture of the black dude and literally saw the father and the mafia. And then I saw a different article where it said that he was casing houses.

Why would someone go jogging in a place like that, the path is very rough u could easily fall. That's why women should carry some sort of protection knife, gun, pepper spray etc etc. Rip Karina.

The article in the Times spoke to numerous people in the neighborhood, men & women & they all knew to stay out of the “Reeds”. ATVs & kids partying w/kegs were who were back there & even they knew to stay out of those parts.

Talk about riveting! I stopped breathing when you came across the tent, I'm impressed with your bravery. So sad, but I can't help wondering why she felt like she had to venture on by herself, knowing the dangers.

Greetings MDC and the truck and new grill! Another homer for you. The memorial was a nice touch to the video. I’d never seen anything like it, especially in a marsh. God has a special place in hell for the murderer. Question 🙋♀️ in the beginning the searchers were wearing white hazmat uniforms and yellow shoes, but why? Never seen searchers wearing that. Thx for your ESPECIALLY hard work today Brandon ….BobW

The memorial was actually a beautiful spot despite the rest of the place. And I believe those were the guys looking for evidence after the body was found

Oh that poor girl she was so tiny There are some evil people out in this world 🌎 where I live at we can’t go into the marsh it’s got a lot of water and 🐊 you know it’s pretty green where she was found looks very lively. Oh my goodness get out of there before some loony comes out on you. I’m actually watching and typing this comment 😆 you stay safe out there. Keep them coming you would think the city would keep that place cut where people run 🏃🏻♀️ for safety reason especially after this.

I'm a jogger/hiker, and you will not believe the insanely isolated places I have found people in. Especially women. We stumbled on a lady jogger getting brutally raped on the outskirts of town once. Scared the hell out of me. Please stick to big groups if you are jogging/hiking off the beaten path. Please! The bigger the group, the better.

@@MOONEYDashCam You’re welcome. I researched the incident and I see why people are sketchy with the interrogation. It’s difficult being that the suspect has mental issues. Keep on with your videos. 🙌

I too was a victim once last year in a nice area when I got robbed at an ATM machine in broad daylight at 1:35pm while sitting in my car. The cops said it was partly my fault too because I didn’t have a second person with me which could’ve thwarted / prevented the crime. Later that week after, a detective asked me to come in & talk some more about it only this time he was questioning me about a possible crime I may have committed a couple of weeks before. I laughed at him & told him I was over 600 miles away at Annual Training in Michigan for the Army National Guard with over 300 witnesses / soldiers including some that were cops. I’ve since lost all respect for police. PS, I’ve ever been arrested in my life & age 60 now.
