When I had my sleeve in 2015, I wasn’t allowed to eat salads until I was 6 months out. But sometimes I can eat it no problems, but then when I eat it I need the bathroom within 15 minutes of eating a salad!

My mom had bariatric surgery was not allowed to eat lettuce, and no drinking from straws. She hasn’t stuck to it for some time and has gained much weight back. Good luck on your journey! ❤

My manager got the same surgery and whenever she eats salads that mainly contain romain lettuce she never eats the white parts because they contain a lot of water(she gets full quicker), instead she literally picks out the greenest parts of romain and eats that instead…so idk if that helps but that’s something I didn’t really know/thought of😅

Actually, in California if the child is under the age of two they must be rear facing. Children must remain in a rear facing car seat until they weigh 40 pounds or more or are at least 40 inches tall. Just because a doctor says it doesn’t mean it’s right! Actual professionals and certified experts recommend to keep rear facing as long as possible, just because their legs bend doesn’t necessarily mean they are uncomfortable! And if they are, it’s better for them to be uncomfortable for minutes than god forbid an accident happen and take the life of a child.

What I do is my bouquet of flowers is when they are starting to look like they're dying I take them out of water I tie them together and they turn them upside down. Then you have them forever just make sure nobody hits them because then the petals will fall off
