Believe me when i said, i worked in graphic design and never in my life do call to pitch my ideas to my client. But watching your "a day in a life" returning calls and emails, do calls and all NOW it's easier to call them directly rather than emailed or message them. I made a daily habit to at least call 5 clients each day. Thanks for showing me the way and I vividly remember in one of your video you said it's awkward at first doing call but practice makes it less awkward!! Thanks again! #BohnSquad PS Now i am starting up my own consultation (design) company.

I love this video!!!! This is do inspiring and gives motivation on how I want to run my company. I love the start up culture and I think it's healthy to have your team continuously find new ways to create things and streamline processes. I currently work at a large corporation where we are an entrepreneurial company because we focus on this. Great video and right on time for me, I'm stepping out of my comfort zone to startup my Litigation Financing company. This is so funny, I have never had someone use the word addicting, here in Kenya we always use addictive. I love your videos , they are very helpful to me. I have a film production house that I am planning to run much the same way, different challenges with different projects. More than anything I appreciate how you demonstrate leadership in a creative environment. One of my challenges is how to lead with vision and yet not have people on the team feeling stifled.
