I can relate to Karl here, I've always been quiet around the house, especially if others are asleep but, I always seem to be around people who don't understand the concept of being quiet, doors slamming, shouting, banging things around at 6am, it's crazy. I'm a light sleeper, lighter than most so, that's a big reason, but I've never woken anyone up coming home late

I like how Ricky and Steve try to paint Karl as an idiot, but this honestly is so relatable. My mom and dad aren't as bad as how Suzanne is portrayed, but they're known to try to force things when they don't work, like DVD players or lawn mowers. I may not be Mr. Fix-it, but like Karl said, "If it doesn't work, it doesn't work!" Just tell me if it's having an issue and I'll try to fix it properly or if all else fails, call someone who can, but don't try to force things or bang them like that's going to solve all your problems!

Women are just naturally loud. My mother used to get up earlier than us on weekends (when I was a kid/teen) and she'd always be banging about - nothing was ever quiet. My sister is always breaking stuff because she forces things, then I have to go round her house and fix it. And in my houseshare, my flatmate who is a girl is really loud in anything she does. She leaves the house at 6am and I've never heard someone who fucks around with the front door lock for so long, and she's got so many keys on her keyring you can hear them jangling from down the street. She even makes crazy amounts of noise walking up the stairs - she's only 5ft 3 but she stomps up the stairs as though she's a 300lb bloke.
