He can soak up some minutes on the varsity. He runs and jumps well. Offers some rim protection. In Birmingham his jumper looked good. Pretty good in pick and roll. Plus you can sign him under the second rounder exception. Makes sense. Didn't know he was in the 250+ range. He's beefed up...

Once he figures the NBA game he could be extremely good, his athleticism, size, rim protection, and being a lob threat is pretty much everything you could ask for from any C. He should be starting over Theis, if not to start the season, by mid season for sure. Fits perfectly with Zion too
