Carlos received a reward for the Olympic title directly from the state, and many sponsors support him. That’s why he won’t betray his country. But he is right about the federation. The last three presidents have only accumulated debts and do nothing for the other athletes. For example, some of our European champions in weightlifting work as construction workers on sites to earn money.

Kosovo is not an internationally, officially recognized state, but an integral part of the Republic of Serbia. Among the countries that do not recognize Kosovo as an independent state is the Republic of Iran. This will certainly have a lot of influence regarding the transfer of Rostami. The comment does not have any political character, but exclusively informative, and all with the aim of clarifying the potential problems due to which Rostami will probably not be able to complete the mentioned transfer. Great episode, as always.

Thank You for great content! About Karlos Nasar’s diet. Actually, nothing much bad to say about it. But ofcourse, it depends what these meatballs consist, exactly. And how much does he eat them (and how big are these meatballs). But, yeah, according to this brief overview Karlos gave (or what we were able to witness in this video), not too bad meal plan. Actually - it’s bretty good. Especially when taking into consideration the possibility him moving to the next weight class. All and all, it seems to be good way to approach to the diet of one, who are moving heavy weights.
@farmari8714 сағат бұрын
The protein intake is necessary since he wont eat that much carbos. Means he burns fat and protein also. I am sure he is really carefully measured this since he, to be honest, doesnt want to gain too much weight - his body could easily be in ketosis since his heavy training which means he doesnt gain fat but he burns it while gaining lean mass. This is next level.
@nutsu19114 сағат бұрын
so he's eating shitloads of food, he mentions "and carbs" at each meal, yet someone still had to mention KETOSIS...
@farmari8710 сағат бұрын

@@farmari87You wont enter ketosis if youre simply eating 'low carb'
@farmari876 сағат бұрын
@@pectenmaximus231 It totally depends on what there is left in your body to burn, you totally can get ketosis in low carb diet. When you dont have anymore carbs your body starts to burn fat and your body converts the fat to ketones. It is totally relative what you do. Now, we are talking a pro athlete who burns carbs really fast. His metabolism is much faster than a regular people. I mean, yes, you couldnt do that but he can.

Bulgaria is lucky Karlos loves his country and is able to separate these administrative Aholes from the country and the people he represents. I love Yousefi. Helloooo kidneys 🫱🏼🫲🏻 You can eat less protein while on AAS. Especially if you’re trying to stay within comp weight. Definitely don’t need more protein unless your goal is gaining muscle mass, you can, not change your diet at all and your body while on steroids will take what is currently on the menu and utilize better.
