Goad is Attacks If able and Attacks a player other than you if able, therefore if it comes down to a 1v1 situation, a goaded creature can and must attack the opponent

So I understand because the card is worded horribly, but Sphinx of the Second Sun gives an additional beginning phase at the END of the second main phase: "At the beginning of your postcombat main phase, there is an additional beginning phase AFTER this phase." So with Sphinx out the phases would go like Untap -> Upkeep -> Draw -> M1 -> Combat -> M2 -> Untap -> Upkeep -> Draw -> End Step. So its way less busted than it would be if it just gave you all your mana back M2. Still really strong just not as suspected. Great video nonetheless 😁

Something I noticed in the game, Sphinx of the Second Sun reads, "At the beginning of your postcombat main phase, there is an additional beginning phase after this phase." Which means the trigger happens at the beginning of the post combat main phase but the additional beginning phase happens in between the post combat phase and the end step. Not sure how much it affected the game, just something I thought would be good to point out

I've have only just got to the mob verdict being cast and the politics into the actual choices was incredible 😅 Goad clarification. If a creature is goaded but only two players are left it is able to attack the player that goaded it because it is not able to attack any other players. "If able" is the key phrase.

Great content, I've never watched or played Magic and I found this -generally- straight forward (I have played Hearthstone before). Booty's turns were agonisingly fun and I don't know how players keep track of all the bullshit they have going on :D Editing was great. Wubby looks really good at his weight and I hope he doesn't get nerfed.

54:30 I don't get it, how can massacre wurm block a flyer? And in case it could block it, why is nothing dying? He assigns 6 damage to the eye which has 8 life, but then shouldn't his creature die from the eye + the wurm blocking it? (assuming the wurm could block a flyer)

Im gonna be that guy 😄 at 47:40 the trigger of sphinx of the second sun is resolved in a wrong way. The additional beginning phase only comes after the post combat main phase, it only triggers that the phase will be after the pc main phase at the beginning of the pc main phase. He didn't use his pc main phase afterwards so it resolved kinda correct, but it will go directly to end step after the new beginning phase. The card is worded so shit 😅 Edit: 59:31 it gets resolved incorrectly

Loving this game! Just got past the Mob Verdict section, loved the political talk and the outcome. Just curious though... wasn't there also supposed to be 2 damage dealt to the voted players themselves? I mean, shouldn't their life have been reduced for each vote too? Maybe they address that later or maybe they just forgot in the moment. Just curious if I missed something.
