In Pittsburgh you'll be renting a whole apartment complex for that price,for 1,000 that's a mortgage payment for a house,I get it its cali,I know you don't have to worry about the snow and the low temperatures but I live in LA and fuck the fires and the earthquakes and the crowded freeways,in order to live comfortably in cali,you got to make 100g's or your fucked.

First I wanted to write “make more content” and then I felt bad, because i didn’t want to put on more pressure than necessary, I guess it’s really time consuming producing videos and figuring out narratives and so, and you prob have enough to think about with moving to a new place and all, but now I regret that I didn’t write it, cause maybe it’s not rude, maybe it’s just a way of expressing that your content is awesome. Sometimes I wonder, if really talented people like you put to much on their shoulders, thinking everything have be absolutely perfect for it to be published. I think about how popular potato jets personal vlog channel has become, even though he uses so little time on narrative, lighting, colorgrade and so in. I thinks he’s channel is so popular, because he’s just a nice guy that you want to hang out with. It’s about personality. I think the same goes for you. It’s a fun question to ask, how high quality must a video have in terms of how much you can produce. Can lowering a bit on the quality double the amount of videos. I hope the perfect quality phenomenon doesn’t get to hard on you. Thanks for the great content, I hope you find yourself safe and well in the new place. Cheers

Gotta pay the cost for our awesome weather in Los Angeles. Every place you'll move in LA should be near a beach, you just have to worry about the traffic. I wouldn't recommend Santa Monica or Venice, those beaches are horrible . Check out Manhattan/Hermosa/Redondo Beach if you want a city near the beach.
