Karma has more music here on KZbin and creates music and art in San Francisco. I met him in the early seventies at Salmagundi's on Geary Street in the early 70's. He'd just come back from Vietnam and was homeless, sleeping at the beach. When he got back on his feet, he opened a store that sold artifacts from Tibet. If you date his music, it's no exaggeration to say he started the New Age music movement. His influence is immeasurable.

i love this :) The singing is pretty creepy. It made me think of walking in a cemetery late in the evening, as a ghostly child begins to sing to you. The church bells sounded just like the ones where I grew up, which was really interesting. Where was this tape recorded?

There's barely any info about the release on the J-card or tape, unfortunately, so no idea where it was recorded, sorry. Can't even really be sure about when it was recorded to be honest. Someone scrawled '1993' on the tape label, so I've taken that as being the release date...

Yep, my mistake, I absolutely agree and have changed the title - thanks a lot for pointing that out! On the cassette label, the "T" in "Tara" is also a little loopy, but most certainly a T.
