1:12 btw the second guy is the dude (Darrell Brooks) who ran over lots of people during last year Christmas period in Wisconsin and killing six of those people. His time during the trials he tried to get the judge to be mean and hateful towards him so he can restart a new trial and possibly get away with the horrible thing he did. Thankfully the judge had a lot of patience to deal with him. Darrell Brooks has now 1,000+ years in jail for his crimes

As far as "when I get done with you, you'll be sorry" can also be taken in context with the legal action he was claiming to take. It is not an explicit threat with violence. While the whole outburst is nonsensical to me. The stated goal of prosecuting someone is besides the obvious revenge, is rehabilitation, in essence that the convicted person is sorry that he committed the crimes.

When it comes to contempt, there is usually the option to purge contempt. Basically, you come in the next day, and apologize for your behavior. It's not always that simple and it's not always an option. Given her behavior here, I am willing to bet she didn't apologize but it's still an option.

For those who don't know, judge Frank Caprio is the host of the TV show "Caught in Providence." I've seen a few snippets of the show on KZbin, and you wouldn't believe it, but the man is nearly 90 years old (He was born in 1934, according to wikipedia.) He's definitely a judge's judge. I personally would like to meet the man myself.
