I am 5'5" and I used to be 220 at my highest, now I sit around 135. I started a weight loss journey - therefore it was on my mind. However, I didn't actually lose weight until I discovered what exercise I genuinely enjoyed (my choice is similar to hers; walks, runs. I used this time to practically leave my body, fully invested into my music) and then I was actually excited to eventually try and lift weights. I felt strong, and no longer did it feel like a chore - rather a hobby. When you're in the mindset where you're upset at your weight and image, it can urn into an obsession. Anything you think a lot about, you manifest into your reality. Whatt I mean is, if you're constantly thinking about how you want to be skinny, but that you're not, you will not manifest weight loss. It's once you begin some habits that work for you (I always suggest to start with small changes; drinking a bit more water, cutting out a little bit of sugar, trying new dessert recipes that are healthier) and you remind yourself everyday how amazing you feel, how proud of yourself that you are that these habits are not only helping you lose weight but also bettering your life. There is a saying, "God does not help those who won't help themselves". As a spiritual person, my perception of God is more open-ended. However, this is true. When you have a manifestation and you're taking the steps in that direction, the Universe will support your manifestation. You don't need to go all in at once. You make small steps, believe in yourself, celebrate yourself and your accomplishments (no matter how small), be proud of yourself, and believe in the support you get from the Uniiverse, your angels, etc. You remind yourself how lucky you are to wake up everyday. You try and re-work your brain (through meditation or journaling or even conversations with others or speaking out loud to the universe) whenever you're feeling low. The universe will not stop helping you when you have low moments, we all do. You have to find a way though to calm these thoughts and to remind yourself of your new reality and the accomplishments you're making to get there. The universe will give you what you are striving for.

This is a super interesting combination. As uncomfy I felt when Karmalita pretty much said Trish is the inspo for the fat girls to have confidence, ITS SO TRUE. Trisha is such an icon when it comes to her confidence, and has rlly inspired me to love myself while I lose weight rather than focus on being thin all the time. Literally both of my inspo together ??

I feel the same sometimes.. but then I realize she's not confident sometimes. If she is she doesn't stand by it. She's always talking about being fat and wish she was skinny. And saying she's not attractive /:

okay this may seem quite rude but i just want to be honest, Trisha’s “confidence” is hindering her from ACTUALLY being confident and happy in her body. she even states herself that she’d do anything to be skinny meaning her confidence is just a comfort zone. the only thing that will make her actually take those difficult steps towards being the version of herself she knows she will be her happiest at is if she realises that being the version of herself she is right now is hindering her true potential and she needs to shed that version. Trisha has a really strong face card and if she lost the weight she could eaaaasily be an 11/10.

Trish I’m running out of episodes that I haven’t seen!! I had to scroll way back. Also I listen at work so I get paid to be here too 😂

Why doesn't Trish Like Fish have a network talk show? I know she's been controversial in the past, but she's in her wholesome era!

Also all the celebrities who have network talk shows are just as problematic if not worse

I feel like network has fallen off most companies would want to go with someone that 100% would bring ppl in to watch and I also feel like it's better if Trisha has the right to say what she wants and to be able to choose her guests and that wouldn't happen if she was with a network over just a podcast tbh

I’d rather have her do her own thing and have full control! It’s working out well so far ☺️
