It is not against law there are states who had implemented this kind of reservation recently an elderly women who was a Tamil women and was unable to transact a bank went to a bank branch in Puducherry , a North Indian women who worked as an employee throwed her out of the branch just because she is unable to talk in Hindi , are you ok for this kind of attitude? This is because we don’t have reservations in Neyveli recently 95 % people recruited is North Indians are you ok for this?

In an era of Global Village Concept,the concept of Reservation Policy in Private Sector is not possible in realistic terms.Private Sector means Efficiency,Productivity,Profitability and Competitiveness.Managerial Cadres and Middle Level Management are far away from Reservation Policy.Govt shld take the responsibility of providing employment opportunities to the locals based on their proficiency.

Our country after independence...for administrative purposes boundaries for states was divided on a linguistic basis!! ... Now that itself has become a reason for anti nationals and separatist mindset to have a ball of a time destroying the nation!! Central government should now take. Some serious measures to redefine the country's state boundary not on a linguistic basis!! ...instead of 28 states make it as 70 plus states ..give them ( state) the names based on historical relevance of that particular geography known in our ancient literature!! All this rubbish politics based on language should be brought to a halt!!
