Nice technique. If we put a rubber support at the bottom of the machine it will perhaps not move when you screw for pressing the roti.

Very nice design. thickness will be even all around. The problem with other presser versions are uneven thickness. One side it will be thick another side it will be thin. the only concern with this version is the base is slippery and rotating by one hand while holding the other one for grip will be challenging.

There are Hand press Roti maker in the market for several years. Some with heaters also.They eventually failed as the rotis remained quite thick even after pressing upto one's pressing capacity.This roti maker is better this way that one has not to force him in hard for increasing the roti size. Definitely it will be easy than old conventional pressing type .I have jipined extra 1" pipe in olerdr m/c for easy handling .by using extra handles it eill be easy for softy rotti b.cas layer is too thin .taste of barotta due to layering (வீச்சு பரோட்டா ?).id multi layering of rotti will be v.tasty. u know first quality கோ துமை will not come to us .we r using only 3,rd or 4rh quality கோ து.மை.hats off to u.

A very useful tool. Take two plastic covers , apply oil to one side of the covers then keep the dough in-between the covers and then press it . So there is no big issue to clean it.
