He killed his nephew with a bullet injury in his chest... They came to know (office authorities) that court proceedings are lying pending against that candidate... So they didn't issue his appointment order. But after some days that candidate shown up with his acquittal order from the Concerned court of law, (The victims legal heirs pardoned him after have Diyat) patch up took place... If Diyat is a punishment... Is candidate ki appointment kese hogai. (In government office) As the government appointment terms and conditions clearly says : court conviction candidates ki appointment nhi hoskti. 😅😅 Ab Natasha ma'am ko bhalay Kisi sarkari job ki Kya zarurt ha. She is already billionaire 😅 Lekinn Apnay bade zor dekar kaha Kay Diyat is also a conviction itself.

Although a Diyat law is there to compensate but again a severe social pressure is built by the public…in Pakistan there is a wide difference between rich and poor classes so people feel themselves a deprived class…..so there should be well defined law tone made

I have thoroughly analyzed the entire CCTV footage, examining it second by second and accounting for the service lane's road width. My analysis leads me to conclude that all three parties share responsibility, with the incident initially triggered by the Corolla driver. Natasha, who was on her way to a relative’s house near her own to pick up her son, took a familiar route, as seen in the footage where she brought her V8 to a complete stop due to the Corolla approaching head-on. The Corolla driver should have shifted to the left well before reaching her, which he failed to do. Typically, in Karachi, male drivers tend to give extra space to female drivers to avoid any potential confusion, but it appears this Corolla driver had ulterior motives. He might have noticed from afar that a young alone woman was driving a V8 Land Cruiser and chose to stay close, perhaps for a closer look. In some cases, such drivers even deliberately cause minor collisions to interact with the female driver. This may explain why the Corolla driver, despite having ample space on his left, did not veer away. Conversely, Natasha, after coming to a stop to avoid the oncoming Corolla, took a slight left and attempted to navigate around a large pothole, assuming the Corolla would quickly pass. Her focus was on safely bypassing the pothole, but the Corolla neither veered left, despite having plenty of space, nor sped up; instead, it came to a halt, leading to a collision with the V8. Natasha likely decided that before the lowly stalker Corolla driver could use the accident as a pretext to engage her in conversation, she would accelerate her V8. In doing so, she must have honked at the biker ahead several times, operating under the confidence that at high speeds, the biker would eventually move aside. Unfortunately, this did not happen, and the bike collided with the V8, causing Natasha to become disoriented and panicked. Her now out-of-control V8 then collided with a Honda City and flipped over. The bikers, too, bear some responsibility for their fate. Their bike lacked rearview mirrors, as required by law, which would have allowed them to see the speeding V8 from a distance and heed the horn. Additionally, if both had been wearing helmets as mandated by law, they would likely have survived with minor injuries. The CCTV footage shows both riders being thrown into the air upon impact, landing head-first on the left side, leading to fatal head injuries. Natasha herself could have suffered severe head injuries or a neck fracture from the massive impact that caused her V8 to crash and overturn, but she was fortunately saved by the vehicle's ten airbags. Amna’s daily journey through the hazardous traffic from PECHS to Gulzar-e-Hijri without any safety measures is a tragedy in itself. Despite being part of a city that contributes trillions in taxes, there are no state-of-the-art circular railways or metro trains with a network of connecting metro buses for students like Amna to travel safely and comfortably. May God grant forgiveness to the father and daughter who lost their lives, and may Natasha’s family generously compensate the surviving family members. Natasha should be pardoned as this was an extremely unfortunate accident, one that neither Natasha nor Amna and her father could have anticipated just seconds before it occurred.

She was clearly disoriented and confused, only to be surrounded by a hostile mob of over a hundred people, branding her a killer and a murderer, harassing, threatening, and even physically accosting her for nearly an hour, all while recording her from every angle on their smartphones. This incited a social media frenzy that spiraled out of control, painting her as though she had left her home with the intent to kill these two individuals when, in truth, it was a tragic accident. If those surrounding her are relentlessly hurling threats, Natasha has every right to defend herself. This family, unprepared for such an ordeal, experienced this kind of terror for the first time in their lives, and she undoubtedly felt a sense of relief when a family member finally arrived after this harrowing ordeal.

They not only endangered themselves but also ensnared others in their recklessness. Where is the outrage over the biker’s flagrant violation of traffic regulations that precipitated this catastrophe? Rearview mirrors and helmets are there to save you from serious harm in the event of a mistake-yours or someone else's. Had they adhered to traffic laws before their demise, they might have lived.
