A great video for people to learn where to shoot the cue ball like myself. However I hope you would include a picture of a cue ball on where you hit that would be even greater! Enjoyed the video!

great break. tough pink once wrong side of blue. i would have dropped it in with a trace of right hand side to give it every chance and finish good on the black. black to yellow was careless at this level. all things considered - a very good break and another frame secured.

I've been saying it for years, I can not understand in this day and age, that footballers for example don't have mini cameras on them, and if you want to pay extra when watching a match and choose to be on nr 7 and be in the match with him as it were. 'this also could work with snooker. The Tv channels could make millions, if you could choose to be with the player, while on the shots, One would feel they're in the game too playing. It must come in the future, just very surprised why it's not here already. the technology is here.

Kevin Walker I completely agree with that! I don’t see why it’s taken so long to think of that idea. I think the main view of the snooker table should be on TV and the other half of the screen should be a view of the players 1st person view which would be very cool

It is amazing that you did the whole break without hitting the cue ball once with a lot of side. Are you trying to avoid playing with side? Your cue ball control is astonishing with only centre ball striking. Respect, and I agree with the others: Can't wait to see you on BBC in round 1 of one of the major tournaments. Go for it mate and get that pro experience in :)

Great effort but I think it was a poorly struck pink , even if potted, I assume the black was going to be difficult. Sometimes a kick comes from bad cueing Stephen hendry once said, ofcourse the chalk is a huge factor , but what can you do other than investing in the new kickless chalk every pro is using nowadays.
@JohnTF
@JohnTF 7 жыл бұрын
The kick also took pace out of the cue ball, I should've been left with an easy black if I hadn't got a kick. I've watched it in slow motion and the pink visibly jumps off the table, the cue ball isn't bouncing before it hits the pink. Should've been straight on the blue really and then it would've been impossible not to make the max.

Nice jobs on table man, do you know some simple ways to improve potting?
@JohnTF
@JohnTF 7 жыл бұрын
The two reasons you can miss a pot are because of bad cueing or bad aiming. Try to practice straight cueing and improve it gradually over time, and you can practice pots from different angles to check you're aiming correctly.

top snooker it's never too late if you have the ability. You can be 30 years old or even 40 because if you have the game to beat anybody consistently you can be a professional and compete. Age is just a number really but obviously a yound person should have more ability to do well in this kind of sport and in any sport in general.
