I love you Sarah you never fail to put me in a relaxed state with abundant tingles. Just a quick advice Ik this is just a roleplay but you mentioned to stay away from meds that act as anti inflammatory, yet ibuprofen is ok. Ibuprofen (advil) is actually a classified as an anti inflammatory drug (non steroid tho) so its used to also relieve inflammatory pain whereas tylenol (acetaminophen) is only effective at relieving fever and pain so you got them mixed up. (Ibuprofen is also a bloodthinner, in hospitals we hardly hardly give ibuprofen to patients we always give tylenol for pain because ibuprofen can interact with alot of meds has so many risk factors due to its blood thinning properties- (e.g., can cause internal bleeding) generally tylenol is alot safer than advil. Only time you should not take tylenol and take small dose of advil is a night after drinking and youre hungover (tylenol can be a bit hard on the liver so alcohol and tylenold dont mix) *source: im a nursing student* honestly the 2 is commonly confused so no worries❤️ I absolutely loved this video put me on cloud 9 thanks sis!!

Around 5:45 you start talking about not taking anything anti inflammatory like tilanol and take ibuprofen instead. I know this is a role play but I just wanted to mention that it’s the other way around, ibuprofen is the anti inflammatory one and tilanol is not 🙈 lots of love ❤️❤️

yep. i was told not to take Ibuprofen while on my Invisalign journey. to take Tylenol. when I did take Ibuprofen - which was so rare - the medicine was strong!
