A very good example is Kenny lately. Uses a lot of those.He used to be good a couple of years back. But lately,his content is purely ooo and aaaa by girls. This guy does it much better. Better preparation, the flow is good, delivery is even better. Looks natural rather than rehearsed or fumbling or fishing for applause in between

He has the power to hold interest of audience long enough for anticipation and then even if he delivers a normal joke like “Agar tere dost building se koodenge” I mean we all have heard this thing from our parents, like “Agar sab khai mein girenge or Kue mein koodenge” but still the pause works every time.
