I really like aluminum razors. I have the Timeless slant, Razorock BBS and Lupo, All 3 Henson Razors, Two Shield AC Razors and one 1/2 DE razors. I don't dislike any of them. They are all reasonably efficient.

Great shave ive also gotten into aluminum razors. Had the overlander in al was my goat razor. Just got this one is amazing. Not sure what one better both great bison has tad smaller head on it for under nose i think. My go to blade in bison was gillette permasharp.

You summed up my thoughts exactly John. Face lathering definitely feels better, and also looks satisfying to the people that have the attention span to stick it out, but I believe that most people just don't have the attention span. The bowl lather saves probably 10 minutes worth of video time in the end.

I'm curious about this as well. I always hear people mention Karve, but I never put them in the same category as Yates, Timeless, Rex, and Razorock. Would love to have some direct comparisons!

@sagurosmart4100 great razors to compare it too. It’s more efficient than GC .68 for sure. I think the lupo is a great razor to compare it too so I’ll do that maybe next time I also thought of the Merica but is that a fair comparison? Some may complain “it’s not aluminum!” 🤣 the Merica In TI is 55 grams so they are pretty close in weight. That said I think Merica is more efficient but that would be a fun comparison. the SS Merica is pretty close in price to the bison but pretty different weight wise there.

@colletteclassic I think the lupo and the timeless aluminum are good razors to compare the bison too. They have both been out for a while so more gents are familiar with those razors & maybe curious about the Bison 🦬

@@Stubblemeetssteel Interesting so the Yates Merica is quite efficient even with its advertised neutral blade exposure. Which one do you prefer shaving with so far ? Bison or Merica ? I've seen many people say great things about the Yates, OhioShaves reviewed it and described it as potentially the best shave he ever had.

@hiltonshaves74 I would agree this bison is great for my neck where some razors are not so friendly with ATG passes. I love the look of the brass handles and may try an overlander or CB from Karve one day. Thanks for watching

@GprokYB the larger blue spray bottle is just water. The small clear bottle at the end with red cap used post shave is Thayers witch hazel. Thanks for watching.

​@@Stubblemeetssteelnah, just mentioning. I had suggested in my previous comment, you may consider getting through Jifuli aluminium razor. It is a machined razor and you may enjoy the efficiency it offers.
