serverlistplus is also a good plugin to edit MOTD and stuff, but customizing the server ICON for every player seperately is a nice feature that i think is not possible with SLP also, running a server on a new version with viaversion + viabackwards will only allow 1.9+, to have 1.8 support on a 1.19 server for example you need viarewind :)

Actually, SLP does have support for displaying the player head as icon. It's where I got the idea of adding this feature to AdvancedServerList. Pretty much all features ASL has are inspired by SLP (Except the extra and online player count stuff), as it was my goal to make SLP with multiple profiles support, which was a wanted feature there for a long time. Kinda the history of my plugin you could say :P

Why would you need simple scoreboard when TAB also allows you to display anything you like as a scoreboard too?

Main issue with that is, that he would need to buy plugin licenses for that. And depending how many he has already bought could this be expensive... Not to mention would it be more difficult to compare. With free ones, you can download and test them, but with paid ones, you first would need to buy them to test (unless test servers are offered...)
