Sindh is not in South India. Sindh is Sindh in Pakistan. There are many Konkinis in Kerala who migrated to Kerala 600 years back but who still identify ethnically as Konkinis. But they are also call themselves Malayalis and vote in kerala, which means they are Malayalis. All the qualification required is that you speak Malayalam and have a Indian Passport and call yourself to be a Malayali. So if Yana Mir grew up in Kashmir, speaks Kashmiri and is proud of being a Kashmiri then she is Kashmiri. Also if you have taken a passport of another country and live outside India then you are not Kashmiri and you have lost the right to take up an issue on Kashmir. This is because you (both the namuna on this channel) are not personally impacted or affected by whatever happens in Kashmir. Which makes you someone who is doing profiteering, not much better than the British Colonialists, even worse as you make your income from causing suffering of your ethnic brothers.

Never mind the election rhetoric in India, I don’t think any Indian citizen wants any land that is part of Pakistan. Kashmir is a special case. If that was not the case why is Bangladesh an independent nation today? In 1971, the Indian army had control over all of Bangladesh, and they withdrew in two months. Live and let live. Let us accept the fact that like the Durand line divided Pashtuns permanently between Pakistan and Afghanistan, the LOC does the same for Kashmiri’s. I sincerely hope both governments can accept reality, discuss and turn the LOC into a permanent border one day.

Pura Kashmiri area Legally India ka part hai, koi bhi race, religion,cast creed doesn't matter in Kashmir issue. What matters is the timing When India decides to take back Pakistani Occupied Kashmir India will choose it's own time. Time India hi decides karega kab occupied Kashmir wapis lena hai.
