Yo guys, welcome to Kashmir - the world's most militarized region! I left Amritsar and took a flight to Srinagar, the capital of Kashmir, to explore what Kashmir (or how the Kashmiris call it "Heaven on Earth") has to offer. I've heard so many stories about this region, so I had to see it with my own eyes. Once arrived in Srinagar, you could definitely feel some tension in the air. Military presence everywhere and every 200 meters a military checkpoint. The Kashmir conflict is a long-standing territorial dispute between India and Pakistan over the region of Kashmir. The conflict has resulted in multiple wars and continues to be a source of tension, with both nations claiming the region in its entirety. Various attempts at resolution and international involvement have not led to a permanent solution, making it one of the world's most enduring and volatile conflicts. Enjoy!

Kashmir was Hindu and muslim populated region, but after exodus of Kashmiri pandits its majoritity muslim but Kashmiri pandits still have properties there, their all documents belong to Kashmir. Many are coming back. So please dont say on the behalf of just 1-3 percent people who support terrorism that Kashmiri don’t want to be in India. When you say Kashmiri, also consider what Kashmiri pandit have to say about their loyalties for India.
