Asli kashmiri kadam mai heeng, namank aur thodi sa ginger powder dalna Hota hai jo ki iski specialty hai. Acche se pressure cooker mai pakana chahiye. This is wrong method.

@@foziagrasoolwho told u brother. i am myself a kashmiri hindu from jawahar nagar srinagar. Mostly my friends were Muslims. They also loved it. One of my friends father was chief conservater who was our neighbour also. She was very much fond of this receip of monj haak. She usually take lunch with me that special day as she liked white tari (rus) without spices of this green vegetable.
