Hi , this temple is also called Budha Neelkanth . Budha means aged ( vayasanavar ) n Neelkanth is his name . The uniqueness about Jal Narayan perumal is he's present there in 3 different forms . That is the head portion is Shivan form ( aadhiseshan ) the middle portion in the form of Vishnu ( alankaram ) n the feet portion is krishnar ( one feet on top of the other ) .
