Could you do a video about reading release? It is something that I still have trouble doing and I can’t find any videos about it.

To me that’s instinct and i cant explain it. Just comes from seeing thousands and thousands of shots

@@rekawn9375 i dont wear an extra glove, and i think i have a regular game ready or pro palm. I do feel stingers every once in a while but nothing that i cant handle
@Breacher1413 жыл бұрын
chances are you don't have a pro glove if you're feeling shots in it. the only time i feel shots thru my pro glove is if im playing with ex pro players. those are the only guys who can really shoot hard enough to feel it. If you're playing with pros or ex pros then get a pro practice glove, they're beefier in the palm.

@kaski - question for you, re holding the edges. This might sound really dumb but how do goalies this day move backwards? Lol I noticed that goalies tend to hold their edges and get wider as the player gets closer toward them (almost gradually about to go into the butterfly). With that being said, I don’t even know how to do that. I feel like I still backwards skate like a regular D-man would. Any tips?
@Breacher1413 жыл бұрын
yeah, Varlamov is amazing at that, and so is Askarov those guys like hold their edges in the splits! i wish i knew how haha
@cameronprouse1593 жыл бұрын
@@Breacher141 me too LOL I don't know how they do that. I feel like I need to twist like a d-man skating backwards.
